None of it is financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or professional guidance of any kind. We're educators. We're not your advisor.

2. Not a Trade Signal, Solicitation, or Recommendation

Nothing shared by Level 8 Trading is a trade signal, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

When we talk about specific markets, price levels, chart patterns, or setups, it's for educational context only. It is not a directive to enter or exit any position. Every trade you make is your call — based on your own research and your own judgment.

When we use the word "setup" or similar terms, that's educational framing — not a call to action.

3. Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results

Any results we share — from coaches, community members, or educators — are historical. They don't guarantee you'll see anything similar.

Markets change. What worked before might not work tomorrow. The wins you see in our content aren't the average — they're examples, not benchmarks.

Individual results vary widely and depend on factors we can't control
Trading outcomes are shaped by market conditions, risk management, execution, psychology, and account size
Simulated or hypothetical results don't reflect actual trading performance and often look better than real-world outcomes

4. High-Risk Financial Instruments

Futures, options, stocks, cryptocurrency, and other financial instruments carry a high degree of risk. You could lose all of your investment — or more. Don't trade money you can't afford to lose.

Here's a breakdown by instrument type:

Futures: Leveraged products where small moves can produce large gains or losses. Losses can exceed your initial margin deposit.
Options: Time decay, volatility, and complexity make these high-risk. You can lose the full premium paid.
Stocks and equities: Subject to company risk, market conditions, and liquidity constraints.
Cryptocurrency: Highly volatile, minimally regulated, and prone to extreme swings in either direction.

Most of what Level 8 covers is futures. Futures aren't right for everyone. Know your financial situation and your actual risk tolerance before putting real money on the line.

5. Not a Licensed Financial Professional

Level 8 Trading, Level 8 Trading LLC, and all associated coaches and educators are not licensed financial advisors, registered investment advisors, or broker-dealers in any jurisdiction.

We don't manage client money, execute trades on anyone's behalf, or offer personalized investment guidance. If that's what you need, talk to a licensed professional — that's simply not what we do.

6. You Assume Full Responsibility

By using Level 8 Trading content, you agree that:

Every trading decision you make is yours alone
You won't hold Level 8 Trading, Level 8 Trading LLC, or anyone affiliated with us liable for trading losses or financial outcomes
You've done your own research and assessed the risks yourself
You understand you can lose money — potentially all of it
You're of legal age to trade in your jurisdiction

7. Limitation of Liability

Level 8 Trading and Level 8 Trading LLC aren't responsible for any losses or claims arising from:

Trades made based on anything we've said, written, or posted
Use — or misuse — of any tool, indicator, concept, or framework we share
Technical issues, outages, or errors on any Level 8 platform or channel
Anything shared within the Level 8 Discord or community by members

If you're unhappy with anything we offer, the remedy is simple: stop using it.

We sometimes mention or link to third-party tools, brokers, and platforms. Those references are for convenience — we don't endorse any of them, and using them is entirely your responsibility.
