This Policy explains cookies and similar technologies on Level8 Trading’s website, member platform, and related features. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, scripts, and identifiers used for comparable purposes. Their legal treatment depends on purpose and operation, not simply whether they are called cookies.

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies, so Cookie Settings has no marketing category. Links to Discord and to checkout take you to those services, which use their own cookies under their own policies.
Use “Cookie Settings” in the site footer to accept, reject, or change optional categories. Where consent is required, optional technologies remain off until you choose them. Rejecting optional tracking is as accessible as accepting it. You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. A changed choice affects future activity; it does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
Necessary technologies remain available for their necessary purposes. We do not treat continued browsing, silence, a preselected box, or accepting membership terms as consent to optional tracking. We honor applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where required. Consent and advertising opt-outs are distinct controls; one does not automatically satisfy the other.
Payment, email, analytics, authentication, community, and media providers may use their own technologies. Some operate independent services with separate notices and controls. When we embed a service or direct a checkout, we still assess our own obligations. A vendor’s banner or privacy policy does not by itself prove that the Level8 implementation meets those obligations.
Email pixels and tracked links are not browser cookies but can reveal engagement information; our Privacy Notice addresses those uses. We assess consent requirements for those technologies separately. We do not use a consent-management setting or a product name such as “Consent Mode” as a substitute for valid choices and correctly implemented blocking.
You may also delete stored cookies or use browser settings to restrict them. Doing so can sign you out or affect functions you requested and may not remove information already held by providers.
