This Policy covers memberships, trading indicators, trading workspaces, downloads, training courses, and other Level8 Trading products and services ordered on or after the date shown above. It is provided by Level8 Trading LLC, trading as Level8 Trading, 1815 SouthPark Cir, Arlington, TX 76013.
Orders placed before that date keep the refund and cancellation terms that applied when they were purchased, including any earlier 30-day membership refund window or annual-plan refund calculation. A later update to this Policy does not turn a refundable purchase into a nonrefundable one. If your receipt or earlier agreement promises different rights, contact info@level8trading.com and we will apply the terms that govern your purchase. Billing errors and unauthorized charges are always reviewed, whatever the product.
Every Level8 Trading membership includes a 14-day trial for first-time members before the first subscription payment is charged. Members who have previously had a Level8 Trading membership or trial are billed when they purchase, as shown at checkout.
During the trial, members may access the benefits included in their selected trial offer, including the designated Discord Live Trading Room. The trial gives members an opportunity to explore the membership experience and decide whether it meets their needs before paid billing begins.
Unless canceled before the trial expires, the selected membership automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price and billing frequency disclosed during checkout. Canceling during the 14-day trial prevents the first membership charge.
Once the trial period ends and a membership payment is processed, membership charges are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
This applies to monthly and annual membership payments, including renewals. Members may cancel during the trial to avoid the first subscription charge.
Annual memberships automatically renew at the applicable renewal price and billing interval disclosed when the subscription is purchased.
Level8 Trading will send an annual renewal reminder at least seven days before the scheduled renewal date. Members may cancel before renewal to prevent the next annual charge.
Once an annual renewal payment is processed, that payment is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Proprietary trading indicators, trading workspaces, and downloadable products are sold as one-time purchases.
All indicator, workspace, and download purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
These purchases are separate from recurring membership subscriptions unless expressly included in a specific offer.
Training courses come with a 30-day money-back window. You may request a full refund of a training course purchase within 30 calendar days after the purchase date. You do not need to give a reason.
A refund of a training course ends access to that course.
When a membership is offered together with other items, the offer is a membership and this Policy’s membership terms apply to it. Items added to a membership offer are free bonuses with no separate price, and they are not separately refundable. If an offer sells an item for a separate price, checkout will show that price, and the rule for that type of item in this Policy applies to it.
Members may cancel their membership at any time to prevent future subscription charges.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges and does not automatically generate a refund for payments already processed.
Unless otherwise disclosed or access is terminated under the applicable Terms of Service, paid membership access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
You have two ways to manage your membership:
Include the email address associated with the purchase and enough information to identify the subscription or order. Do not send a full card number or password. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank posting times vary.
Nothing in this Policy limits cancellation, refund, or consumer protection rights that cannot legally be waived. If the law that applies to your order gives you a right to withdraw from it or another mandatory remedy, that right applies in addition to this Policy.
