A quantitative calculation is not necessarily generative AI, and a fluent generated explanation is not evidence that its claims are correct. How we use these tools today:

These tools work from market data. We do not give them your personal information.
Depending on the feature, outputs may include calculated measurements, estimated market positioning, summaries, explanatory text, or generated or edited media. This Notice does not mean that every possible feature is currently offered. A feature that directly interacts with users through AI will identify that interaction where required, unless its nature is already obvious under applicable law.
We set the purposes and operating constraints of our services. Human review varies by workflow; we do not promise that a person checks every number, message, image, or output before you see it. Relevant feature descriptions will explain any specific review commitment.
AI and analytical systems can produce incorrect, outdated, incomplete, biased, or invented information. Models depend on input quality and assumptions. Check material facts, timestamps, source context, instrument identity, and calculations before relying on them. An output is not personalized investment advice, a guaranteed prediction, or an instruction to trade.
Where required, we identify AI-generated or materially AI-manipulated content in context, including relevant synthetic voices, realistic depictions, or interactive experiences. Disclosures should appear where users encounter the material, not only on this page. We do not present synthetic media as proof of an actual trade, customer experience, or statement by a real person who did not make it. Appropriate consent and rights are needed when using an identifiable person’s likeness or voice.
Do not enter passwords, payment credentials, brokerage login details, or unnecessary sensitive information into an AI feature. Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled. Before enabling a feature that sends user input to an outside AI provider, we will identify the relevant provider and purpose, assess retention, training use, security, and international transfers, and provide any required notice or choice. We do not promise “no training” or “zero retention” unless the specific service configuration supports that claim.
Authentication, payment, fraud, and entitlement systems may automatically update account status. That is distinct from AI-generated trading analysis. If you believe an automated event wrongly affected access, contact info@level8trading.com for review. Any legally significant automated decision-making must meet the additional requirements of applicable law; this Notice does not waive those protections.
Report suspected errors, misleading generated material, or privacy concerns to info@level8trading.com. Include the feature, approximate time, and a description without disclosing private financial credentials. Our Trading Risk Disclosure and Terms of Service also apply, without limiting mandatory rights.
