This Policy applies to Level8 Trading websites, accounts, paid and free services, communities, tools, communications, and interactive features. It supports a secure and respectful environment without restricting lawful reviews, complaints, consumer rights, or legally protected conduct.
Use only accounts and features you are authorized to access. Do not share individual credentials, resell access, impersonate another person, bypass payment or entitlement controls, or use someone else’s payment information without authorization. Business, team, API, or redistribution use requires the appropriate express permission or license.
Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, evade security controls, scrape protected content, overload systems, or extract personal data without authorization. Automated collection or integration must comply with an expressly permitted interface and applicable license. This Policy does not prohibit legitimate accessibility tools, ordinary browser functions, or research or reporting protected by law. Report a suspected vulnerability privately to info@level8trading.com without exposing other users’ information.
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, dox, defraud, or exploit others. Do not post unlawful content, private information without permission, deceptive performance claims, spam, undisclosed paid promotions, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not solicit funds, seek brokerage credentials, impersonate licensed advisers, or present unsolicited trading signals or personalized financial advice as Level8-endorsed services.
Relevant good-faith disagreement and criticism are welcome. Claims about returns, risk, affiliations, or experience must not be misleading. Disclose material promotional relationships. Follow reasonable additional rules displayed for a particular community or event, provided they do not remove contractual or mandatory rights.
Submit only material you have a lawful right to use. Do not upload secrets, full payment credentials, brokerage passwords, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. If an AI or interactive tool is provided, do not use it to evade access controls, expose another person’s information, or generate unlawful or fraudulent material. Verify outputs before relying on them; do not falsely present generated content as verified human or trading performance evidence.
We may remove content or restrict access proportionately when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or a material breach. Urgent cases may require immediate action. When appropriate and lawful, we will explain the concern and provide an opportunity to correct it. Contact info@level8trading.com to request review of an error or restriction.
We will consider severity, repeated conduct, context, and reasonable evidence. An allegation alone does not establish responsibility. Account holders should take reasonable security measures but are not automatically responsible for every unauthorized act. Enforcement does not automatically forfeit prepaid funds, prevent lawful criticism, or remove rights under our Refund and Cancellation Policy or applicable law.
