Terms of Service — Level 8 Trading

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your access to and use of the Level 8 Trading website, educational content, Discord community, and any products or services offered by Level 8 Trading LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or using anything we offer, you agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree, don't use the site or services.

1. Educational and Informational Purposes Only

All content from Level 8 Trading and Level 8 Trading LLC — training materials, videos, commentary, Discord discussions, community posts — is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site or inside our community is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Everything we cover — futures markets, technical analysis, market structure, trade concepts — is general information for learning purposes. None of it is tailored to your financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment goals.

2. Not a Licensed Financial Professional

Level 8 Trading and Level 8 Trading LLC are not licensed financial advisors, broker-dealers, or registered investment advisors of any kind. We're not regulated by the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, or any other financial authority in any advisory capacity.

Nothing we say, post, or publish is a personal investment recommendation. Before making any trading or investment decisions, speak to a licensed financial professional.

3. Your Responsibility for Trading Decisions

Every trading decision you make is yours alone. By using Level 8 Trading content or community resources, you acknowledge that:

All trading and investment decisions are made entirely at your own discretion
Nothing from Level 8 should be treated as a trade signal, entry/exit instruction, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument
We're not responsible for any losses you take as a result of trading activity
Past results shared by Level 8 coaches or community members have no bearing on your own future results

4. Risk Disclosure — Trading Involves Substantial Risk

Trading futures, options, stocks, and other financial instruments carries a substantial risk of loss. You could lose all the capital you put in — or more with leveraged products. Only trade with money you're genuinely okay losing.

Futures carry serious leverage. Volatility, liquidity gaps, tech failures, and things completely outside your control can take you out fast. Level 8 Trading makes no guarantee that any strategy, method, or piece of content will result in profitable trading.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We make no representations or guarantees — expressed or implied — about the profitability, accuracy, or success of any educational material, trading concept, or community discussion. Results shown in Level 8 content are not typical. What someone else made doesn't mean you'll see anything close — individual results vary based on market conditions, experience, capital, discipline, and factors we can't predict.

Any success stories or wins shared in our community are real. They are not a promise of what you'll get.

6. Paid Products and Memberships

Level 8 Trading may offer paid memberships, indicator licenses, training programs, and other products. When that applies:

Each purchase is governed by the terms presented at the point of sale
Refund policies are specified per product
Access to any paid tool, indicator, or material is for personal, non-commercial use only
You may not resell, share, redistribute, or sublicense Level 8 paid content or tools under any circumstances
Payments are processed through secure third-party processors like Stripe or PayPal. We never store your card data.

7. Discord Community Conduct

Access to the Level 8 Discord is a privilege, not a right. By joining, you agree to:

Treat every member and moderator with respect
Not post trade signals, unsolicited promotions, or anything resembling financial advice
Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior of any kind
Not share Level 8 proprietary content outside the community without written permission
Not use the community to promote other products, services, or platforms
Abide by Discord's own Terms of Service at all times

We can remove any member from the Discord at any time, for any reason, without notice or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything Level 8 produces — videos, courses, indicators, written content, branding, and methodology — belongs to Level 8 Trading LLC. You can't copy it, resell it, or build off it without written permission from us first.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level 8 Trading and Level 8 Trading LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our website, content, services, or community. This covers trading losses, lost profits, data loss, and business interruption.

In any case, our total liability to you won't exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Level 8 Trading, Level 8 Trading LLC, and their owners, employees, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Level 8 Trading services will be handled in the courts of California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We can update these Terms at any time. When we do, the date above changes. If you keep using the site after an update, you're accepting the revised Terms.
